1. Account responsibilities
Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account info where applicable, protecting credentials, and ensuring only authorized individuals access their accounts. Members remain responsible for activity under their account.
2. Acceptable use
Voxelbox may not be used for unlawful conduct, malicious activity, abuse, attempts to disrupt infrastructure, exploit servers, or violate the rights or safety of others. Voxelbox may investigate and respond to misuse.
3. Community access & contributions
Voxelbox currently operates free community game servers and does not sell paid game-server slots through this site. If donations, supporter perks, or paid digital features are added later, this section may be updated.
4. Custom print requests
Custom 3D print requests are made-to-order projects. A request is not accepted until Voxelbox confirms the scope, estimated price, timing, payment expectations, and delivery or pickup plan. Voxelbox may refuse unsafe, unlawful, impractical, or rights-infringing requests.
5. Payments, taxes, shipping & pickup
Prices, deposits, payment timing, applicable taxes, shipping charges, pickup details, and delivery estimates should be confirmed before work begins. Delivery dates are estimates and may change because of revisions, materials, printer issues, carrier delays, or other factors outside Voxelbox control.
6. Refunds, changes & remakes
Because custom prints are made for a specific request, refunds or cancellations may be limited once design work, material preparation, or printing has started. If Voxelbox makes a material mistake or a print arrives damaged, contact Voxelbox promptly with details and photos for review.
7. Customer designs & intellectual property
If you submit logos, characters, names, models, artwork, files, or references, you are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use them. Voxelbox may decline requests that appear to infringe copyrights, trademarks, personality rights, platform rules, or another person's rights.
8. Rules & moderation
Participation is subject to the community rules, staff direction, and reasonable moderation decisions designed to protect the community, players, and infrastructure.
9. Minors & children
Voxelbox is not directed to children under 13. People under 13 should not submit personal information, open accounts, or place print requests through Voxelbox. Minors who use community spaces or request prints should do so with a parent or guardian's involvement where required.
10. Suspension & termination
Voxelbox may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, harmful activity, legal requirements, or conduct that threatens safety or integrity. Members may also stop using the community at any time.
11. Liability limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxelbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Direct liability should be limited appropriately for your jurisdiction.
12. Service availability
Voxelbox aims for reliable availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, and force majeure may affect access.
13. Contact
For legal, privacy, print-order, or policy questions, use the contact page or the official email route listed there. Discord may be used for community support, but official business or privacy requests should use a direct contact route.
