Use it for your project
Operate the delivered work for your own brand or business — publicly and commercially, with your own customers using it every day.
// for as long as you like · no per-seat or renewal fees on the license itself
When VoxelBox builds something for you, you get a license to use it for your own project — for as long as you like. The underlying code, design, and assets we create stay VoxelBox property. They may not be sold, modified, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without our written permission. This page explains exactly where the lines are.
Everything we deliver comes with a broad license to use it in your own business. You never have to ask permission to simply run and rely on what we built.

// for as long as you like · no per-seat or renewal fees on the license itself
We maintain and evolve what we build. Need an update, a new feature, or a fix? That's the job — bring it to us and we'll handle it.
// ongoing support & iteration is how the system compounds
Everything your system collects or produces in normal operation belongs to you. We don't hold it hostage, and we hand off cleanly.
// exports and access on request · your content is never our property
To protect the work — and every client we build it for — the following are not allowed without VoxelBox's written permission. These apply to the delivered product and to any part of it: source code, design files, and assets.
You can't sell, resell, sublicense, rent, or hand the work — or any part of it — to a third party.
// includes repackaging or reselling it as your own product or service
Source code, design files, and assets we author can't be copied, published, shared, or redistributed outside your project.
// one project, one owner — not a library to pass around
Don't decompile, reverse-engineer, repackage, or build derivative works from what we made without written permission.
// want changes? we'll make them — that's what the license is for
The work can't be used as a base, boilerplate, or starter kit to build other products — yours or anyone else's.
// the design and system are custom to you, not a reusable template
A license to use is not a transfer of ownership. Here's how it splits by default.
All original source code, design systems, components, and creative assets we author — plus the reusable frameworks, tooling, methods, and know-how we develop before and during your project. We reuse those across our work; they are never sold off with a single build.
Logos, brand assets, copy, files, and data you provide remain 100% yours. You give us permission to use them to deliver your project — we never claim ownership of your material.
Nothing beyond your license moves to you unless a signed VoxelBox agreement says so. If it isn't written down and agreed, VoxelBox retains its rights.
Full IP transfer or a custom, broader license is available for most projects — it's arranged as a separate written agreement with its own pricing. If you need to own the code outright, resell what we build, or fold it into a product of your own, tell us up front and we'll scope it. Start that conversation →
This page is VoxelBox's default policy for the work we create. Where a signed proposal, contract, or statement of work for a specific project sets out different terms, that written agreement controls. Unauthorized resale, copying, modification, or distribution is a breach of your agreement and of VoxelBox's rights, and may end your license to use the work.
